San Pablo is a small Bay Area town located in West Contra Costa County, approximately 20 miles from the heart of San Francisco. Much of San Pablo was built after World War ll when returning service men and women came to settle in the Bay Area. 

Though conveniently close to Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco, the price per square foot of San Pablo homes is as much as one-third lower compared to those more metropolitan areas. In addition to affordability, residents enjoy scenic views, convenient access to bayside beaches, public parks with hiking trails and picnic spots galore, and wonderful local shops and restaurants. Horseback riding and bike riding are incredibly common at Pointe Pinole Regional Shoreline, but the true draw for the park is its fishing pier. Fishing at the pier does not require a license, and a shuttle bus provides convenient transportation.
